Here the type of order available in Iceberg for Hedging and Planning.

Smart Move: The Smart Move System allow to sent an order and the subsequent modification whether it is not executed. There are two parameters:

• Smart Move Step (Ticks) is the price change between an order and the subsequent expressed in ticks. User needs to write the ticks quantity, conversion to currency or points be automatically carried out based on security ticks settings in Symbol Manager;
• Smart Move Time (secs) is the difference(in seconds) between the first order and the subsequent.
  

This tool is available on the book and for automatic order generated by Hedging and Planning.

Take as example Hedging settings in image below.

The Smart Move can be selected in “Orders Type” in the wizard. For example we select Join order, we click on Smart Move tick and we set required parameters, in the example the price will be modified of a tick every 10 seconds.

Let the example of wanting to enable Smart to buy FTSEMIB options, that is a particular case because according to the price of the option varies the minimum tick. Having encoded Symbol Manager the correct minimum tick variation (as the picture) Iceberg will evaluate how to increase the order If you set that the Smart Move is to change the order of 1 tick, the variation of the order will be 1 tick if the price is up to 100 points, 2 ticks if the price is between 102 and 500 points and 5 ticks whether the price option exceeds than 505 points.
